Road closing question Spring 2010

I saw on the NPS website that Cades Cove Road, Roaring Fork, and Clingmans Dome road are all closed this spring for construction. Does anyone have any updates confirming that? I have a spring break trip planned and we are staying on the north side. My specific questions are can I access the Cades Cove nature trail? what about Laurel Falls trail?
