Cades Cove - Loop Road

Well the Park Service finally announced the plan for the repaving of the Cades Cove Loop Road, next spring. While I had been told this from reliable sources I decided to wait until it was in print ..... The cove will essentially be closed from March 1 thru May 2010. It was determined that this would be the fastest schedule to get the work done.
